On Sunday before Memorial Day, we headed down to my sister and brother-in-law's in Waterloo. We took the kids to the St. Louis Zoo on Monday and had a GREAT time! It was hot . . . but we had a lot of fun! Here is Jackson with Daddy watching the penguins play and swim. It is so amazing watching them see and experience things for the very first time!! Not that he will ever remember this trip, but to be in the mind of a little one trying to figure things out would be so amazing. : )

Day at the Zoo
On Sunday before Memorial Day, we headed down to my sister and brother-in-law's in Waterloo. We took the kids to the St. Louis Zoo on Monday and had a GREAT time! It was hot . . . but we had a lot of fun! Here is Jackson with Daddy watching the penguins play and swim. It is so amazing watching them see and experience things for the very first time!!
